Return Policy

 

  1. If a product of inadequate quality is sold to the Buyer before the expiration of its usable period, the Buyer has the right, at their discretion, to:
    1.1. request replacement with the same product of proper quality;
    1.2. request a corresponding price reduction;
    1.3. return the product to the Seller and demand a refund of the amount paid.

     

  2. The Buyer may also exercise these rights if a product with an expired shelf life has been sold.
     

  3. Food products of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned at the place of purchase or at another location indicated by the Seller that is convenient for the Buyer. The Buyer must submit a written request together with the product. The request must specify the defects of the product and the Buyer’s chosen claim under these rules. A cash register receipt or another document confirming the purchase of the product from the Seller must be attached.
     

  4. If the Buyer does not provide a cash register receipt or another duly issued document confirming the purchase of the product from the Seller, the product may be exchanged or other claims under these rules may be fulfilled only with the Seller’s consent.
     

  5. The Buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online without providing a reason (to return a product of proper quality) within 14 days (Civil Code Article 6.228(10)), except for the exceptions provided in paragraph 2 of this Article. The amount paid, including delivery costs paid by the Buyer, shall be refunded within 14 days from the day the Buyer notifies the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract. However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof is provided that the goods have been dispatched. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
