Created especially for the Vilnius Pink Soup Fest, Cool Pink was our tribute to one of the most unique and joyful festivals in the world.
Inspired by Lithuania's beloved cold pink soup, we challenged ourselves to answer a simple question: what if šaltibarščiai became a sparkling tea?
To bring this idea to life, we incorporated nearly all the iconic ingredients of the dish into our recipe – beetroot, cucumber, dill and carefully selected teas – creating a refreshing, lightly sparkling drink that is both familiar and surprisingly different.
What started as a slightly crazy idea quickly became a festival favourite. The entire batch sold out before the end of the first festival day.
Cool Pink was produced as a limited edition release and is currently sold out. The good news? We are already planning to bring it back for next year's Pink Soup Fest.
